Is it the bottles I'm using, or is my daughter just a sloppy drinker? Whenever I feed her, there is always a ton of milk dribbling out...I have to tuck a big paper towel on top of her bib!

Could it be that the flow of the nipple is too fast for her to keep up with?

I use Dr. Browns bottles which I love but they do leak at times
mine does it even with the slow flow nipples but we already know what her problem is...she has "peanut butter tounge"where her tounge stays at the top of her mouth and everyonce in awhile her tounge pushes the milk towards the front of her mouth instead of the back....we been doing suck training and it was getting better, but now all of a sudden she doing it again..guess we need to get back on the training..blah

I've had a lot of bottle-feeding training. Here are my thoughts: the milk might be coming out too fast, or her lips might not be sealed around the bottle.
To fix the flow, try a different bottle. Avent flows really fast. I couldn't use it. You can also change the nipple. Make sure you're on a stage 1.
To fix the seal, try changing how you're holding the bottle, so it's tilted differently. You want the nipple to press against the roof of their mouth, not against their tongue. The bottle should not be at a 90 degree angle to their face. The bottom of it should be closer to their chest than their forehead, if that makes sense. That way the nipple presses against the top of their mouth, not the tongue.
Also, never spin the bottle while LO is sucking - it breaks their suck.
If LO is getting too much milk in her mouth and choking, then feed LO where the milk will pool in LO's side cheek, not back of throat. This is how preemies are fed in the NICU. It's a special position.

Oh I'm so happy it's not just mine!! I was starting to get aggravated ... We had the slow flow nipple bt she was working to hard to eat, so I switched to a medium and she did WONDERFUL, and all of a sudden she starts spilling out of her mouth. I often ask myself HOW she is getting full when all of it is on her bib! Silly girl.
